Group Yoga Class
Each class is made of several breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asana) and a deep guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation in a laying position with your body asleep and your mind awake in a meditative consciousness. It is a deep state of relaxation which helps reduce tension, find peace from within, feel completely regenerated. A stronger connection with our deeper self under all the layers of «what if» and «I can't».
